Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order and embroidered with care in Detroit. Because each item is produced individually, orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.

We focus on quality over mass production, and appreciate your patience while your order is being created.

Processing & Production Times

Orders are typically processed and produced within 3–7 business days before shipment.

During high-volume launches, holidays, or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 1–4 weeks depending on location and customs processing

Please note that total delivery time includes both production and shipping time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Trend Anomaly is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Trend Anomaly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
